What's Hiding in YOUR Ducts?
Over a two to three year span, air ducts become lined with unwelcome particles and contamination. Hair and skin cells support the growth of mold and mildew. The blanket of dirt, dust, and microscopic particles builds up in the system. It finally finds a way into your lungs when the furnace is cycling. Air quality has a huge impact on lung health!
Air duct cleaning is the complete mechanical or physical removal of dirt, dust, hair, drywall dust, allergens, microbials, dead animals, toys, lost jewelry, pop cans, or anything else that shouldn't be in your HVAC system.

Why do newly constructed homes need air duct cleaning?
New homes should have their air ducts cleaned before the ventiliation system is turned on and the home occupied. The fine white powder left from sanding dry wall is very abrasive and will not only scratch furniture, but, if left in the system, will keep releasing powder into your air and can even blow out the blower motor in the furnance.
